According to Stafford sheriffs Major Shawn Kimittz, deputies found two victims a teenage boy with a gunshot wound to the stomach and a man who had a bullet graze his head. One person was arrested and two people suffered life-threatening injuries after a shooting and chase in Stafford County, Virginia, authorities said.
